American Table Placemats with Sweet Freedom

Hey there! It’s Daisi Toegel here! In this post, I want to share with you the American Table placemats I made using this stunning collection called Sweet Freedom by Beverly McCullough.

The pattern for the American Table placemat was just released on my Etsy Shop and it is a foundation paper piecing pattern. With two different blocks included, this pattern assumes previous experience working on FPP. These blocks are very easy to sew and fun to combine different colors and prints!

I love decorating the house for the 4th of July, and also other important days such as Veteran’s Day, Flag Day, etc, and with this collection is so fun to create items that will not only decorate but also be functional daily, and year-round.

In fact, this placemat is perfect to make for any occasion or holiday as the blocks allow the mixing of many different fabrics.

It is easy to add a special touch to your dining table when you have some choices of placemats and runners to use and display.

I hope you enjoy this project idea, and thank you for checking it out here on this post!
