Hi there! It’s Amy Mogren from Ritual Quilt Company. I’m so excited to share a quick, new Valentine’s Day project with you featuring the gorgeous Heirloom Red collection by My Mind’s Eye! The Subtle Heart Mini Quilt is a free, scrap friendly pattern that you’ll be able to whip up quickly.

You can find this pattern by clicking here. You can make the heart scrappy by using (45) 2-inch squares of various prints, or you can give the heart a more modern look by using a single fabric. If you choose to go with a single fabric, all you’ll need is a fat quarter for the heart. The background fabric requirement is one half yard.

I really enjoyed working with these romantic prints. The reds are beautifully rich and classic. Whichever project you choose to make with Heirloom Red is sure to be treasured!
