Barbie Vintage in Sac Croissant and Gathered Curvy Zipper Pouch

Hi! Charise here from Charise Creates with my latest projects with the new line of Barbie licensed fabric – Barbie Vintage! I love Barbie fabric so much! My first sewing projects were clothes for my Barbie dolls so Barbie has a special place in my heart!

This fabric line is sweet and girly, so I opted for some very feminine projects. The first is this adorable purse, The Sac Croissant, designed by Manon. I absolutely love this bag! Manon has lots of videos on her Instagram which are very helpful when sewing up the bag. You can find her on Instagram @manonl.delahaute. There is also a version for a bow tied strap which is super cute!

Gathered Curvy Zipper Pouch in Barbie Vintage

Of course I had to make a coordinating zipper pouch for my Sac Croissant! I opted for a Gathered Zipper Pouch which is a perfect pattern if you would like to hi light a fussy cut motif! The gathered border adds a feminine touch, which is perfect for this fabric.
