Good Vibrations – Happy Camper Duffle
Imagine the striking combination of black and white fabrics, pops of vibrant reds, and intricate half hexagon and triangle pieces coming together to create a bold and graphic look that is both modern and timeless.
Hey there, it’s Kelly Renay here and I’m excited to share with you a practical but stunning round duffle bag made with select fabrics from the Expressions Batiks collection, Good Vibrations designed by Nebraska Quilt Company.

What is Good Vibrations?
The Good Vibrations, Expressions Batiks, is a stunning collection of geometric shapes and bright colors. Featuring beautiful greens, blues, oranges, and reds, with a mix of black and white fabrics.
Although all the prints are gorgeous, I selected five prints to highlight with a classic but bold pairing of black and white with vibrant reds.

Why choose the round duffle bag pattern?
The pattern, Happy Camper Duffle, by Natalie Pratt of The Ginger Quilter Box is a fun and functional project that reminded me of a classic round gym bag. Paired with the bold and geometric designs within the Good Vibrations collection it made the bag both stylish and practical. Whether you use it for the gym, travel, or everyday outings, this statement piece will turn heads wherever you go.

How can you recreate this duffle bag?
To recreate this stunning round duffle bag, you’ll need to select your Good Vibrations fabrics and purchase the Happy Camper Duffle pattern. You will also need the Hex N More ruler by Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts. This ruler makes cutting half hexagon and triangle pieces a breeze.
So what are you waiting for? Get your hands on those materials, and enjoy creating your own bold and unique duffle bag. Happy Sewing!
