Introducing Quilting with Latinas: A New Collaboration for the 2025 RBD Block Challenge
We’re so excited to introduce you to Quilting with Latinas, a vibrant and passionate duo bringing fresh energy and bilingual accessibility to the quilting world! 🎉
Laura and Lina, the creative minds behind Quilting with Latinas (QWL), are on a mission to empower and connect the Spanish-speaking quilting community. With their combined love for color, fabric, and culture, Laura and Lina are making quilting more inclusive—one block at a time.
And we’re thrilled to announce that Quilting with Latinas will be translating the 2025 RBD Block Challenge into Spanish—starting August 1st!
What to Expect Starting August 1
Each month, Quilting With Latinas will release:
Spanish-language video tutorials for each block
Available on the Quilting With Latinas YouTube Channel — perfect for visual learners and anyone looking for step-by-step guidance in Spanish.
Translated instructions (PDFs)
Available on both the Riley Blake Designs website and the Quilting With Latinas website, so quilters can easily follow along in their preferred language.
