Autumnal Confidence Quilt
Hello Quilty Friends, Rachel here from Stitch With Rachel.
This year I am trying to start my quilt projects ahead of the season or holiday so I can be somewhat prepared. I had the opportunity to work with a lovely collection called Covered Bridges in Fall by Tara Reed. This is just the most gorgeous selection of autumnal colours and prints. I have paired this with Grasscloth Cottons in Vanilla to create a stunning lap quilt.

This fabric gives so many fussy cutting opportunities and it was difficult to choose a pattern however I had a workshop booked with Edyta Sitar from Laundry Basket Quilts where we would be making the Confidence Quilt pattern so I thought that was a great chance to use this fabric.

The quilt is constructed with one block repeated and rotated. I made my quilt slightly smaller with 130 blocks total.

This quilt was so fun to put together and gives off very autumnal vibes, now to start the quilting process.. sometime before autumn sets in!!
You can follow my other quilting makes over on my YouTube channel, I’d love to see you over there.
Happy Stitching,
Rachel xx
