Florette Quilt with Sunsetridge Fabric

Hi! Charise here from Charise Creates sharing the project I made with the new line on fabric designed by Minki Kim – Sunsetridge.

Sunsetridge is a gorgeous fabric line with cute sewing themed prints as well as florals, dots and ginghams.

I chose to make a quilt with my new pattern – The Florette Quilt. The flowers are made with the pinks and yellow prints with a pretty green sashing and binding.

The flower blocks are pieced using curved piecing and appliquéd centers. The perfect quilt for mastering a new technique!

I chose to use multiple prints for a scrappy background which gives the quilt a bit of whimsy.
